A real no-email subscription
The RSS 2.0 feed carries today’s rotating source practice and every completed topic study. A feed reader checks it without creating an account or giving the school your email address.
Privacy: opening or copying the feed does not subscribe you to email. Your feed reader decides when to check it and can remove it at any time.

A confirmed address only
Email uses double opt-in. A request does not become a subscription until the confirmation link is opened. Every delivery includes an individual removal link.
